LocalTireQuote is a lead matching and referral service. When a driver in the GTA or Calgary needs a tire service — flat repair, seasonal change, replacement — they submit one request on our website. Our system matches them with the best available local tire shop in their area, calls the driver to confirm their details, and then contacts the partner shop with the full lead.
We do not employ tire technicians. We do not sell tires. We do not perform any service ourselves. Our job is to eliminate the friction between a driver who needs help and a local shop that can provide it.
Why we built this
The problem was simple: drivers waste 30–60 minutes calling multiple shops, comparing prices, and waiting on hold every time they need a tire service. Meanwhile, local tire shops have no digital way to acquire new customers — they rely entirely on walk-ins and word of mouth.
No platform existed in Canada to solve this for both sides simultaneously. So we built one.
Our team
Twum built LocalTireQuote from the ground up — website, AI calling system, lead automation pipeline, and the full tech stack. He designed and implemented everything while working night shifts, demonstrating the kind of resourcefulness and execution speed that defines how we operate.
Francisca brings professional project management expertise to LocalTireQuote. She leads all operations, shop partnerships, customer experience, and the Calgary market launch. Her background in managing complex deliverables and stakeholder relationships is directly what scales a two-sided marketplace.
